What a rush!
Previously I had said that I hoped to finish the half marathon in 2 hours and 35 minutes, but my final time was 2 hours and 4 minutes! I never wanted to stop. The rush I had felt amazing and it is one of my biggest accomplishments in life thus far, right up there with graduating college. New accomplishment.
Woke up at 4:35 am to get ready and meet up with co-workers for a 10 mile hike. It was still dark when we started! What an amazing experience. This will count for my half-marathon training that takes place next month.
